POSTAGE
Artphoto & Poster Prints A3 and larger
Postage is set at a flat rate of £4.99, regardless of number of prints up to the value of £100.00. Orders over £100.00 will be posted free of charge (unless weight exceeds 2kg- in which case £9.00 will be charged)
Posters will be safely packaged in a sturdy postal tube.
Artphoto & Poster Prints sizes A6 to A4
Postage will be £1.00 for Standard 1st class mail, or £2.00 for recorded delivery within the UK.
Postage will be £2.50 for standard international post, or £5.00 special air, signed for international.
All small prints will be packaged in a reinforced, and carded envelope.

Please contact us directly for the postage on individual items, as each will vary due to the size of canvas.

Postage will be £1.00 for Standard 1st class mail, or £2.00 for recorded delivery within the UK.

REFUNDS and RETURNS
As our products are meticulously handcrafted, using only the highest quality components,papers and inks, we would be surprised if you were not completely happy with your purchase.
If your item has arrived in a damaged condition, we will be happy to replace it for you with an identical item. Please inform us of the damage as soon as it is apparent, and then return the item with the damaged packaging. If your item is a unique piece of jewellery, we will completely undo and remake the item to our usual high standard.
Unfortunately any item not reported damaged and returned within 14 days of receipt cannot be replaced.

Original pieces of artwork will be described on the relevant page, materials can include watercolour paper, stretched canvas, graphite, acrylics etc.
Artphotos and Poster Prints
All prints from A6 to A4 will be supplied on professional smooth semi-matt photographic paper, and will be printed using professional standard lightfast pigment inks, with a non-fade guarantee of 75 years. (* Following the manufacturers recommendations for exhibiting)
All photoprints sized A3 upwards will be printed on professional 350gsm semi-gloss photographic paper, with industry standard lightfast inks.
Greetings Cards Sets
Greeting card sets are available in packs of 5. They are printed on 300gsm brightwhite, matt cardstock, using the same lightfast inks- allowing these cards to be enjoyed as mini art-treasures. Matching envelopes are also supplied.
Jewellery, Gifts and Accessories
These can be made from a vast selection of high quality components sourced from all over the world. Specific components will be in each items description.
Any item stating the use of a silver-plated component will be absolutely nickel free.
